In 1993 the sisters Orietta and Raffaella Rimassa decided to open the doors of Villa Durazzo in Sestri Levante, a family home usually reserved to parties with friends and to special occasions. This is the beginning of the Esedra di Santo Stefano, the company which manages the Stately Home.
The Estate breathed new life, restoring the traditional farming, the ancient olive trees and the farmhouses. These were once the homes of the farmers working on the fields, but now they welcome anyone who wants to spend a pleasant holiday in the Riviera Ligure di Levante. These are now the Dimore dell'Esedra.
